RTT is used for a wide range: anxiety, depression, low self-worth, phobias, addictions, weight/eating issues, confidence, performance blocks, money mindset, relationships, sleep problems, and even some physical symptoms linked to stress. 9. What if I don't go into hypnosis or it doesn't work for me?
Most people enter hypnosis easily (it's a natural state). Hypnosis is something that happens all the time to each of us. Think of a time when you were driving and you arrive at your destination and can't remember exactly how you got there. Or maybe you watched a movie and a family member got up and left, but you don't remember them doing it. That is because you were in a hypnotic state.
10. Does RTT have to be in person?
No, most sessions are now online via Zoom (very effective). You are able to stay in your own comfortable home, or space of your choice. There is convenience and time saved doing this for everyone involved.
